Hugh Jass Bowl

This morning post gym, all I was jonesing for was a Hugh Jass bowl of cereal.

Swimming in creamy, nutty almond milk — 2 cereals, a banana, real-live-strawberries (not those dehydrated jobbies you get in the box), hemp seed, chia seed, and lots of cinnamon.

And here’s to Tara who unassumingly witnessed me create one of these a few days ago and was perplexed (disturbed) by the number of components it entailed.  What a trouper.
